Politics.
I hate politics.
Politics are full of lies, untruths and false admiration.
Church politics are worse, for they exist inside of a building which speaks of truth, honesty and love.
I'm angry. No, I'm not angry. I'm hurt. Deeply hurt.
I thought we were close. If we are close, this hurt should not exist. It should not have been borne out of politics.
I don't want to go back.
I hate that the place I enjoyed immensely has become a place that I don't wish to be anymore.
I found comfort, happiness and peace within those walls. I found all of those things within him.
It doesn't exist anymore.
I hate politics.

I'm not sure what to say, ST. I'm not a believer, so my words might have little value. Until you find a new church, know that what you seek can also exist without God.
